How do I know my order went through?
You will get an order confirmation email straight away. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your junk folder, then contact us with the email address you used.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Get in touch as quickly as you can. If it has not been packed we can usually amend it. Once it is with the carrier it becomes a return instead.
Where do I find my order number?
It is in your order confirmation email, in the subject line and at the top of the receipt.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all Australian orders over $200. Orders under that are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
We do not publish a fixed transit time, because it depends on the carrier and where you are. Your dispatch email carries the tracking link. If something looks stuck, tell us and we will chase it.
Do you ship internationally?
International options are confirmed at checkout. If your country is not listed, ask us before ordering.
Returns
What is the returns window?
Thirty days on unworn kit. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Can I return bib shorts or a trisuit?
Yes, within the same 30-day window, provided they are unworn and were tried on over underwear. That is a hygiene requirement rather than a technicality.
How do I exchange for a different size?
The fastest route is to message us with your order number and the size you want. Exchanges are the most common request we get and the easiest to sort.
What is the Crash Replacement Program?
If you crash in THRONE kit, we offer a discount on replacement gear. Get in touch and tell us what happened and what needs replacing.
Sizing
How does THRONE kit fit?
True to size, with a race-ready fit. Jerseys are cut close and aero; bibs are locked-in and compressive. Full detail is on the size guide.
I am between sizes — up or down?
Size up on a jersey if you want room. Stay true to size on bibs and trisuits, where compression is doing real work. Socks: size up for a looser cuff.
Where are the measurement charts?
Body measurement charts are not published yet. We will not put up numbers we have not measured against production garments. The size guide carries the size run and fit guidance.
Do I have to buy one size for a whole set?
No. Every piece in a set is sized separately — jersey, bibs and socks each get their own selector. A jersey L with bibs M is completely normal.
