THRONE. SHIPPING POLICY
THRONE Sportswear ships orders from Australia.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Our current shipping options are:
Standard Shipping — A$11
Free Standard Shipping — orders of A$100 or more
Express Shipping — A$15
Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Standard Shipping is currently available to selected destinations for A$25.
International availability is determined by the destination entered at checkout. If we do not currently ship to your country or region, a shipping option will not be displayed.
DISPATCH
We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible.
Dispatch times may vary during product launches, restocks, promotional periods, public holidays and other high-volume periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where tracking information is available.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping service selected, destination, carrier network and other circumstances outside THRONE's control.
Any carrier delivery estimate should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email after your order has been fulfilled and the tracking information has been added to the order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at info@thronesportswear.com.au.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@thronesportswear.com.au and we will assist you with the carrier where possible.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise shown at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Shipping a product back to THRONE is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
