Delivery timeframes are not published on this page. Transit times depend on the carrier and your location, and we are not going to quote a number we cannot stand behind. Your dispatch confirmation will carry the tracking detail.
Returns
30-day returns on unworn kit. If something is not right, it can come back within 30 days provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached.
Chamois-bearing garments — bib shorts and trisuits — must be tried on over underwear. This is standard across the industry and it is a hygiene requirement, not a technicality.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and what you would like to do. Exchanges for a different size are the most common request and the easiest to sort.
Crash Replacement Program
If you go down, we have got you. We offer discounts on replacement gear after a crash. Get in touch and tell us what happened and what needs replacing.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a garment arrives faulty, or it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right. Australian consumer law rights apply and are not limited by anything on this page.
