THRONE. TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the THRONE Sportswear website and to purchases made through our online store.

The store is operated by Throne Sportswear Pty Ltd, referred to in these Terms as “THRONE”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our website allows customers to browse and purchase THRONE products and access information relating to our products, services and brand.

You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disrupt or interfere with the website or another person’s use of it.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, sizing information and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours and product appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, screens and devices.

Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Customers should review the relevant sizing information before ordering.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have where a product does not comply with applicable consumer guarantees.

3. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

8. CUSTOM, TEAM, CLUB AND PRIVATE ORDERS

Custom, made-to-order, team, club and private apparel may be produced specifically for the customer or organisation that ordered it.

These products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This does not limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty or non-compliant goods.

Additional terms, specifications, quantities, pricing, artwork approval requirements, production timeframes or payment arrangements may apply to custom orders.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the THRONE name, THRONE. branding, logos, crown marks, designs, photography, graphics, website content and other original material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Throne Sportswear Pty Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, delivery providers, social platforms and other technology providers.

Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
